Dabble Fox Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me (I/ dabble fox/ the artist) you, (the client) agree to all listed terms of service below including any agreements made during correspondence related to commissions. These terms are set to protect my rights as an artist, as well as your rights as a client.Terms are subject to change at any time.General- Clients must be 18 years or older to commission lewd or pornographic content. Any attempts from minors to commission adult media from me will result in an immediate block of contact.
- Client must be clear and concise in their initial requests, providing any details or reference photos required to complete the commission.
- E-mail or telegram is preferred.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason, at any time.
- Threats, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards me will result in immediate cancellation of the project (non refundable), and i will refuse any future work or contact with you.Payment- All commissions must be paid in full upon acceptance of the work. Delayed payments will delay start time.
- Payments will be invoiced through Venmo or PayPal, prices provided in USD.Payment plans can be negotiated upon request for commissions over $100Process- Work will be completed within 60 days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.
- Rush orders and deadlines can be arranged for a minimum 100% increase of total price.
- Clients are allowed two free edits to the initial sketch on fully rendered commissions, any further edits will be charged $10 or more depending on the level of completion. Slow replies to confirm changes to the work will result in delays.
- Any edits required due to ambiguity of initial commission request will be charged. Edits required due to my own mistakes will be free.
- Clients may request to see a WIP. I reserve the right to indulge or decline this request for any reason.I Am Comfortable Drawing- Nudity, lewd, or pornographic content.
- Kinks and fetishes (all requests are open for discussion).I Am NOT Comfortable Drawing- Minors/ cubs in pornographic or lewd settings.
- Death, violence, heavy gore
- Sexual assault, hate
- Hard drug use (negotiable)
- Humans (negotiable)Copyright And Use PolicyI, the artist, hold all rights to the produced work (art/ artwork). You the client, do not. This means I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself, publish books and other media with, display or post the art anywhere at any time physically or digitally, produce and sell products (I prefer to request client’s permission), and have credited ownership of the produced work. You are allowed to use the work for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise. Personal use includes creating items such as stickers or pins with the art on it for your own use or to gift someone else (no money exchanged). You may print the art and claim the right of the character(s), but you may not claim rights to the creation of the artwork itself. You may use the work to promote yourself as long as proper credit is given to me as the artist. Copyright and use policy infringement includes:- Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off it in any way).
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/ signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
If you break the copyright and use policy in any way, you will be blacklisted from my services without exception.
The purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will be an additional 100% of original price at minimum, depending on the intended scale of use. With commercial rights you are allowed to use the artwork for merchandise, published media, brand promotion, and you are allowed to alter or edit the work unless otherwise specified. Credit to me as the original artist is still required for any usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.Cancellations And RefundsI reserve the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time.- Full refunds for client cancellations will only be issued if the client cancels their request before work has been started, or work has not been started within 60 days of receiving payment.
- Any started work will incur a fee depending on level of completion.
- Cancellations due to client misconduct will be charged based on level of completion. The refunded amount is at my discretion.
- Cancellations due to my own personal needs will be refunded in full.
- Copyright and use policy will still apply to any cancelled or unfinished work created.
- In the event the client has read and agrees to the entire terms of service, please write “I am a stinky animal” in your commission request. Failure to do so will result in me asking you to review these terms before any further communication.
